How to access the manager dashboard.

Step 1

Open the Auditor Portal

Navigate to app.smauditor.io in your browser. Managers and auditors use the same login page.

Navigate the Dashboard

After signing in you will see the main navigation:

  • Applications — audit applications list with filters
  • Companies — client company directory
  • Standards — certification standards library
  • Users — user account management
⚠️ If you forgot your password, contact your administrator or use the password recovery option.

Company Management

Register and manage client companies in the system.

Step 1

View Company List

Go to Companies in the main navigation. You'll see all registered companies with names, addresses, and active audits count.

Create a New Company

Click "+ New Company". Fill in:

  • Company Name — official legal name
  • Address — registered office address
  • Country — country of registration

Click Save to create the record.

Company Details & Tabs

Click a company name to open details. Tabs available:

  • Audits — all audit applications for this company
  • Consulting — consulting engagements
  • Forms — questionnaires assigned to the company
  • Documents — uploaded files and generated packages
  • Users — client accounts linked to this company
ℹ️ You can create client accounts directly from the company page via the Users tab. The client receives an email invitation.

Users & Roles

Create and manage user accounts, assign roles and permissions.

Step 1

Understanding Roles

The platform has four user roles:

  • Admin — full access to all modules and settings
  • Manager — manages companies, audits, users, documents
  • Auditor — conducts audits, fills forms, generates reports
  • Client — fills questionnaires, views results, accesses documents
Step 2

Create a New User

Go to Users and click "+ New User":

  • Name — full name
  • Email / Login — used for sign-in
  • Password — initial password
  • Role — Admin, Manager, Auditor, or Client
  • Language — preferred interface language (EN/UA/RU)
Step 3

Assign Client to Company

For Client users, link them to a company: company detail page → Users tab → assign. The client then sees only their company data.

Step 4

Send Invitation Email

Click "Send Invitation" to email a link for setting their password. Clients access app.smauditor.io/company/login.

⚠️ Auditors/Managers sign in at app.smauditor.io. Clients at app.smauditor.io/company/login. Share the correct link.

Audits & Applications

Create audit applications, assign auditors, and track the audit lifecycle.

Step 1

Create an Application

Go to Applications"+ New Application":

  • Company — select from registered companies
  • Standard — certification standard (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, etc.)
  • Audit Type — initial, surveillance, recertification
  • Start / End Date — planned audit dates

Assign an Auditor

In application details, select an Auditor from the dropdown. They will see it in their dashboard.

Track Application Status

Applications move through stages:

Confirm Completed Audit

When auditor completes work, review results and click "Confirm" to finalize.

Use filter bar to filter by manager, auditor, status, or standard for efficient management.

Forms & Questionnaires

Manage questionnaires that clients and auditors need to fill.

Step 1

Assign Forms to Companies

When you create an application with a standard, the system auto-creates relevant forms. You can also manually assign additional forms from the company → Forms tab.

Step 2

Send Forms to Client

Click "Send to Client" to email the questionnaire link. They fill it through the Client Portal.

Review Form Status

Track completion:

Step 4

Auditor Feedback Cycle

Auditor adds comments on the form. Client gets notified, updates answers. This loop continues until the auditor is satisfied.

Document Templates

Create and manage templates for automated document generation.

Step 1

Understanding Templates

Templates are pre-formatted files (Word/Excel) with placeholder variables. The system replaces them with actual audit data.

Manage Standards & Templates

Go to Standards. Each standard has a folder structure with templates. You can:

  • Upload new template files
  • Organize into folders
  • Edit variable placeholders
  • Set up packages for audit types

Generate Document Package

In an application, click "Generate Package". The system:

  • Takes all templates for the standard
  • Substitutes form data into placeholders
  • Generates final documents
  • Creates a downloadable ZIP package
⚠️ Always review generated documents before delivering. Complex findings may need manual adjustments.

Reports & Export

Export data and generate audit report packages.

Step 1

Export to Excel

From any application detail, click "Export to Excel" to download a spreadsheet with all audit data and form responses.

Step 2

Export to Word

Click "Export to Word" to generate a formatted audit report document.

Step 3

Download Full Package

Click "Download Package" for a complete ZIP with all documents, certificates, and supporting files.

The package includes: audit report, certificate of conformity, findings summary, and corrective action requests (if any).

How do I invite a new client to the platform?

Create a Client user (Users → + New User → Role: Client), link to a company, click "Send Invitation". They'll receive an email to set their password.

Can I assign multiple auditors to one audit?

Each application has one primary auditor. For team audits, assign the lead auditor and coordinate with team members externally.

How do I add a new certification standard?

Standards → "+ New Standard". Create the name, set up folder structure, upload document templates.

What does "Generate Package" do?

Takes all templates for the standard, replaces variables with actual data, creates downloadable Word/Excel files in a ZIP.

Client didn't receive the invitation email

Check email address is correct, ask client to check spam. You can resend or manually set a temporary password.

How to change the interface language?

Language switcher (EN/UA/RU) in the top right corner. For users, set preferred language when creating their account.
